Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Wer (the "Platform"), a gaming establishment operated under the jurisdiction of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.

2. Acceptance

By entering or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age prescribed in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform or participate in gaming activities.

4. Personal Data and Security

Wer collects and stores personal data for security, verification, and responsible gaming purposes. We will take reasonable care to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. Rules of Gaming

• All games are played according to standard rules and procedures.
• The outcome of each game is determined by chance or skill, as applicable.
• Wer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any game at its discretion without notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

Wer encourages responsible gaming practices and offers tools for players who feel they may need assistance in managing their play or finances.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Wer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim, suit, action (whether arising directly or indirectly), demand, compensation, or obligation of any kind whatsoever to you or your heirs, representatives, beneficiaries, successors, assigns, legal representatives, executors, administrators, or creditors.

• Wer does not guarantee the security and accuracy of information transmitted through the Platform.
• You agree to indemnify Wer against all claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by Wer and/or its licensors and affiliates. Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to legal action.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes or claims related to this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Alberta without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Changes and Termination

Wer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use after modification indicates acceptance of revised terms. Wer may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason by suspending, discontinuing, blocking access to the Platform, or otherwise.

11. Entire Understanding

This Agreement constitutes your entire understanding and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, promises, warranties, representations, conditions, covenants, understandings, arrangements between Wer and you.

12. Electronic Records

All communications with us will be electronically recorded for security and verification purposes.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms shall not create any obligation or liability on the part of Wer to third parties in respect of these terms, except as set forth herein.

14. Severability

If a court determines that any term is invalid, voidable, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be considered severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.

15. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation on Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Wer disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

By accessing and using our Platform, you acknowledge that these Terms constitute your entire understanding regarding its use, gaming activities, rules, terms, conditions, limitations of liability, exclusions and disclaimer of warranty.
